Faced with the classic issue in management of recognising the strengths of our most important asset; our staff, Sangeeta Pilger of Achievement Zone Coaching services was engaged by Agile Digital. The engagement included running workshops and providing one-on-one coaching over a period of six months. The purpose of the engagement was to foster the wellbeing of the organisation and its people to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the culture at Agile Digital.
Sangeeta achieved this through a structured approach using the REACH Culture, 360 and individual tools and integrated these with one-on-one debriefs, coaching and group workshops. This enhanced employee awareness of each other’s styles, identified people’s default patterns, strengths and highlighted what was appreciated and successful in the company culture and what could be improved.
